As always, its's a pleasure to interact with you all again through our newsletter. The school term break and summer holidays are here finally and we hope you are all either already enjoying some good time off with the family or eagerly looking forward to some nice holiday plans coming up shortly!
This newsletter is a heads up on our next immediate event in September, our “D for D-day” trip to Normandy. In addition, we have an update on our End of Year Extravaganza and some exciting recent developments to add more colour and excitement to our grand New Year’s Eve.
Our next event is all set now !…. “D for D-day beaches” @ Normandy, France We have reached planned capacity, but can still try to get you on-board if you act NOW !!
Our “D for D-day” beaches is an exciting concoction of so many good things on a short holiday … a short overseas trip with a night’s stay, a cross country ferry ride, a beach trip while the summer is still around and most importantly for children and parents alike, a crucial piece of history.
To immerse yourself in a part of that crucial history, I for India has negotiated a deal with Brittany Ferries, a leading ferry operator between UK and France, as well as Novotel the 4 Star Hotel Chain for a cruise & stay holiday to this historic destination exclusively for you!!
Day One - 5 Sep 2015:
• Depart Portsmouth 7 AM by Normandie Express ; Arrive at Le Havre at 11.45 AM • Check in at 4 Star - Novotel Le Havre Centre Gare • A FULL day to do what you want, maybe starting with a walk along this historic beach!
Day Two - 6 Sep 2015:
• Depart Le Havre at 12.30 PM by Normandie Express • Arrive at Portsmouth at 3.15 PM.
Cost for return ferry travel and hotel accommodation with breakfast: Family of 2 - £75 per person; Family of 3 - £60 per person; Family of 4 - £50 per person
P.S: Family charges if all children below 16 on date of travel; cost applies to all including infants.

Key things to note:
The price is ex Portsmouth only and your travel to & from Portsmouth is your responsibility.
Any shore excursions in Normandy is not included in the price.
You are responsible to have valid Passport, Visa where applicable and appropriate travel insurance.

In the last newsletter we announced our mega plans for a grand finale to this year with a fitting New Year’s Eve Extravaganza. We have been humbled and overwhelmed with your response to attend and are very pleased to say that plans are going remarkably well.
We are well over the 300 attendance mark already and what’s more, we’ve also been able to rope in a live performance from a sensational live orchestra band !... London Beats, the most sought after Indian light music orchestra in the UK have been confirmed for the night. A full band of professional musicians and talented artists will perform live for us on the evening, led by the accomplished and passionate musical trio of Johnson, Isaac and Murali.
On top of this would be variety entertainment for adults and kids alike, DJ, dinner and dance!
Just as a reminder, the venue is Nakshatra, a stunning hall with a capacity for over 500 persons, a privately gated and a sprawling yet secluded property, with open grounds and plenty of car parking. It’s also very easily accessed from the M4 and M3, and in proximity to many in and around the M25 area etc. The hall is versatile with a stage and allows us to shape it in the way we wish with a DJ, dance floor, catering arrangements etc.
Our updated event flyers are now on the website and Facebook page. To be consistent with our policy of rewarding the early birds, our updated event entry pricing is £17.50 per person, which is still an incredibly reasonable deal for a New Year’s Eve gathering of this scale !!.. So for those yet to register or the ones within your friends and family circles, please act ASAP to avoid further price increase or disappointment when we reach full house. /p>
